Company Information

The Islamic Wills Company Ltd was set up with three main objectives:

1. To offer a service which makes it easy for Muslims anywhere in England and Wales to write their Islamic Will.
2. To provide a service that is operated by Muslims for Muslims because we understand your needs and concerns.
3. To provide a level of professionalism that is of the highest quality.

The Company was set up by business partners, Amina Sayed-Hossen and Mohammed Samir Seetal. Afsana Akhtar has also joined the Company as an Assistant Islamic Wills Solicitor.

Amina Sayed-Hossen is an Islamic Wills Solicitor. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and is a graduate with First Class Honours.

Mohammad Samir Seetal is our Technical Director. He qualified as a Software Developer in 2004 graduating with Distinction. Mohammad is the architect of our website and our Islamic Inheritance Calculator Engine.

Afsana Akhtar is our Assistant Islamic Wills Solicitor. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007. Afsana is also training in Islamic Family Law and speaks fluent Urdu, Kashmiri and basic Arabic language. Afsana is also member of the Association of Muslim Lawyers.

We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Therefore, we are required to comply with their Code of Conduct, which you may review by following this link http://www.sra.org.uk/rules/
